Technical Lead, Machine Learning

Overview

Lead the execution layer of machine learning, turning research and model capabilities into reliable, scalable production systems. Work hands-on across data, training, evaluation, inference, and deployment.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end machine learning systems from data and training through deployment.
• Build training and fine-tuning pipelines for large models.
• Design evaluations for capability, robustness, safety, and product performance.
• Architect inference systems and optimize latency, GPU utilization, memory, cost, and reliability.
• Build pipelines for real-world and synthetic training data.
• Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve models in production.
• Partner with research and application engineering to deliver product improvements.

What you'll need

• Experience building and shipping production machine learning systems.
• Strong knowledge of large-model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference.
• Strong software engineering and systems fundamentals.
• Experience operating GPU-based machine learning workloads at meaningful scale.
• Strong technical judgment for independently navigating ambiguous problems.
• Production-grade coding skills and attention to correctness and reliability.
