Technical Product Lead - AI Finance

Overview

Lead a product vertical end-to-end for an AI finance superapp spanning payments, remittance, insurance, wealth and trading. The role combines product strategy, technical design, delivery and launch for reliable, auditable financial products.

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
• Shape technical designs covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security and scalability.
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulation and user experience.
• Build requirements for KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing into products.
• Apply AI with evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
• Ship products involving regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance on launches.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating on and reviewing technical designs with engineers.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated domain.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Engineering or highly technical product background.
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
