Technical Product Manager - AI Neobank

Overview

Own a technical product vertical end-to-end for an AI neobank superapp covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth and trading. Build reliable, auditable and trusted products involving real money, regulation and third-party financial systems.

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
• Shape technical designs across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security and scalability.
• Balance correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulation and user experience.
• Build requirements for KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing into products.
• Apply AI with evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
• Ship products involving regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
• Align engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury and finance on product decisions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems.
• Experience working closely with engineers and reviewing technical designs.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated domain.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Engineering or highly technical product background.
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
