Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Security

Overview

Drive strategic, cross-functional technical programs across Samsara’s Enterprise Security organization. Partner with security, compliance, engineering, and business technology teams to improve delivery, processes, risk management, and visibility.

What you'll do

• Manage technical projects and programs across Security.
• Support engineering leads with operational planning and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, roadmaps, releases, and backlogs.
• Communicate progress on enterprise security and compliance initiatives.
• Support security audits and compliance frameworks to reduce risk.
• Improve Security KPIs, processes, reporting, and workflow visibility.
• Develop a program management community of practice.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of project or program management experience in a technical company.
• Experience managing priorities across multiple teams and coordinating tight schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and team processes.
• Experience with Agile practices and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and use data and technology to improve processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Information Security or Compliance programs.
• Experience driving strategy planning and roadmap definition.
• Interest in learning and applying new technologies such as AI.

Details

• Remote role for candidates residing in the United States, excluding the San Francisco Bay, New York City, and Washington, D.C. metro areas.
• Annual base salary: $96,390–$162,000 USD.
• Full-time position.
