- Drive daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep ceremonies efficient and action-oriented.
- Track sprint metrics including velocity, on-time delivery, defect escape rate, and rework; identify trends and coaching opportunities.
- Manage sprint-to-sprint continuity by documenting decisions, carrying forward blockers, and maintaining momentum.
- Lead matrixed technical teams of engineers, data engineers, architects, QA, and other specialists.

- Define and enforce acceptance criteria for all deliverables; conduct or facilitate code and design reviews.
- Partner with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage, track defects, and manage rework efficiently.
- Maintain visibility into technical debt and architectural risks, and escalate issues that threaten delivery or maintainability.
- Maintain visibility into workstream health, including deliverables, timeline, budget, and team capacity; report progress to engagement leadership weekly.
- Maintain a live risk and issue register, assess impact and probability, and facilitate mitigation planning.
- Communicate transparently about timeline and scope trade-offs and help leadership make informed decisions.
- Conduct postmortems on slippages or quality issues and capture lessons learned.
- Serve as primary communication conduit between the delivery team and engagement leadership/client stakeholders, providing clear, jargon-free status updates.
- Facilitate design reviews and demo sessions with clients and capture and prioritize feedback.
