Technical Recruiter

Overview

Lead end-to-end recruitment of IT, Data Science/Analytics and Digital talent for TaskUs, acting as a business partner and subject-matter expert to hiring leaders.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring leaders to build an effective sourcing, assessment and onboarding approach and manage their expectations of urgent needs.
• Prepare and contribute proactive status reports and drive conversations on hiring progress for active searches.
• Build rapport and entice passive candidates whose profiles fit the culture described in TaskUs leadership principles.
• Build and maintain a talent network through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and anticipate hiring manager preferences to achieve high interview-to-offer ratios.
• Screen, interview and manage candidates within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Research and map out markets, generate candidate names and profiles, and create and execute robust search strategies.
• Calibrate candidates before scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
• Contribute new information about industries, talent pools and profile types to the group's knowledge base.
• Articulate recruiting plans in writing, with deliverables, timelines and formal progress tracking.
• Handle market mapping, campus and internship hiring, and serve as the on-the-ground personnel for IT recruitment.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience, in-house or through a search firm.
• Inquisitive, with a knack for good research.
• Willingness to work onsite in Chennai.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strategic in nature and a problem-solver.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, delivering fast results without compromising quality.
• Agile in thinking and execution, understanding the big picture and working towards it.
