Technical Sales Leader - Single Use Solutions

Overview

Senior technical sales/applications leadership role for Single-Use Solutions in bioprocessing and sterile injectable manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Lead customer solution development, technical positioning, and application support.
• Provide technical and regulatory guidance for implementation, qualification, validation, and lifecycle management of single-use systems.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize project opportunities.
• Gather, compile, and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to find unmet needs and create solutions.
• Support customer discussions on supplier qualification, E&L assessments, contamination control, sterilization validation, and change management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, Operations, and R&D to align solutions with evolving regulations and standards.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of industry experience in biopharmaceuticals/biotechnology/vaccines/biologicals and/or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge across upstream/downstream processing, formulation, sterile manufacturing, and fill-finish operations.
• Experience supporting customers supplying regulated markets such as US, Europe, Japan, and other ICH-regulated regions.
• Regulatory & compliance knowledge for single-use technologies, including GMP/cGMP expectations and validation requirements.
• Working knowledge of Extractables & Leachables (E&L), supplier qualification programs, change control, quality risk management, and sterility assurance.
