Project Quality Manager

Overview

Project Quality Manager responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring project quality activities and ensuring alignment with the project quality management system.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, lead, and monitor all project quality work.
• Align contract quality demands with HVDC quality management system and develop the project quality plan (PQP).
• Coordinate quality discussions and act as main interface with the customer on test coordination and project quality issues.
• Review and distribute applicable regulations, codes, and standards; prepare quality budget proposals for approval.
• Manage quality risks, deviations, nonconformance/NCR status, and follow up mitigations and resolution in line with KPIs.
• Drive inspection and test coordination: communicate ITP/ITP registers, coordinate witnessing notifications, and ensure supplier compliance.
• Measure and consolidate monthly quality reporting at project level and support continuous improvement and lessons learned processes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional experience related to the function in an EPC project-based environment.
• Power or energy industry experience.
• Experience in change management for internal projects/programs in large and complex organizations.
• Process management experience ideally in project business and/or energy or automation industry.
• Continuous improvement experience including L6S Belt.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and experience as a certified auditor.
• Ability to travel to project construction sites and suppliers’ locations.
