Technical Solutions Engineer

Overview

Technical Solutions Engineer for the Supply Technical Solutions team, focused on delivering seamless programmatic and traditional supply integrations.

What you'll do

• Architect technical best practices for programmatic and traditional supply implementation.
• Analyze data using internal and external tools to optimize supply activity.
• Triage and resolve support case tickets from the Supply Solutions queue.
• Troubleshoot product issues before escalation.
• Provide technical assistance to account managers and clients to support troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality technical solutions.

What you'll need

• Have a proven track record in businesses operating successful tech products.
• Be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Have integrations experience with REST API, HTTP, JSON, OpenRTB, and Postman.
• Be proficient in SQL and fluent English to drive problems to resolution.

Nice to have

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar discipline.
• Have experience with MySQL, BQ, Redash, and turning data into business suggestions.
• Be familiar with Python scripting, APIs, and automation tools like n8n.
• Understand system monitoring (Grafana) and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to utilize AI agents for process optimization and automation.
