Technical Success Manager

Overview

Independently manage top-tier accounts to drive successful adoption of the OutSystems AI Development Platform, acting as a trusted advisor who guides clients to build agent-centric applications.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts, accelerating product usage through strategic AI adoption in complex, large-scale environments.
• Perform technical reviews for complex, large-scale systems, and ensure adherence to OutSystems development best practices.
• Design technical adoption plans to drive strategic business impact by guiding customers to implement agentic systems that maximize platform value.
• Guide customer development teams through the transition from standard applications to Agentic Workflows, leveraging OutSystems Mentor and Agent Workbench to drive significant business impact.
• Serve as a customer advocate internally, interfacing with Product Management and Global Support to resolve challenges.

What you'll need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish trust and supportive relationships.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in understanding complex client requirements and driving business outcomes.
• 5+ years in developing Web/Mobile projects using SDLC best practices.
• Knowledge of AI prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Proficiency in architecture principles, governance best practices, security concepts and infrastructure performance/troubleshooting.

• Recognized industry certifications in AI.
• OutSystems certifications.

Details

• Location: US - Remote.
• Base salary range: $134,300 - $163,530.
