Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Technical Support Engineer focused on providing exceptional support for cloud infrastructure and FinOps for B2B customers.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support to customers and partners via chat, email, phone, and screen shares.
• Respond with professional updates via the support system within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolution.
• Create, maintain, and publish articles for the Knowledge Base.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering on defects and enhancement requests.

What you'll need

• Prior experience in Technical Support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.
• Comfort prioritizing multiple activities based on customer SLAs.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfort working with a globally diverse team.

Nice to have

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Kubernetes).

• Location: Bangalore.
• Hours should align with global customers (APAC, EMEA, North America).
