What you'll do

• Resolve moderate to complex hardware and software technical problems.
• Provide comprehensive responses about services, products, technical matters, features/specifications, and repairs.
• Assist customers proactively to mitigate or prevent problems.
• Collaborate with clients, programmers, QA testers, and managers to achieve seamless project outcomes.
• Establish and maintain trusted customer relationships across technical users.
• Coordinate departmental work, mentor the team, and act as an escalation point.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes, including business controls via review/analysis/verification.

What you'll need

• Typically 6-8 years of related work experience (preferably remote or telephone support).
• Active Directory knowledge.
• Help Desk Support / Service Management / IT Service Management experience.
• Linux knowledge.
• Scripting knowledge.
• ServiceNow knowledge.
• Windows Servers and Microsoft Windows 10 knowledge.
