Technical Support Engineer - GovCloud (Remote)

Overview

Technical Support Engineer for CrowdStrike GovCloud, supporting customers remotely by troubleshooting, resolving or escalating issues, and coordinating technical documentation and bug reports.

What you'll do

• Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution or escalation.
• Identify root cause and prioritize/escalate issues needing immediate attention.
• Act as an internal and external point of contact for customer escalations.
• Collect information and document bugs with Sr. TSE and/or Engineering for customer-impacting product issues.
• Create process and troubleshooting documentation in the Support knowledge base.
• Improve support processes to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll need

• 3+ years in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Service and Workstation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose low-level operating system and network issues.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills across written, live chat, conference calls, and in-person formats.
• Experience troubleshooting Docker/Kubernetes.
• Fluency with REST API.
