Technical Support Engineer - Porting Team

Overview

Provide technical support for Talkdesk platform issues as an initial point of contact, resolving incidents where possible and escalating them when needed.

What you'll do

• Triage and support reporting applications.
• Verify data and manage user access.
• Support workforce management schedules, rosters, configurations, and maintenance.
• Monitor data synchronization and integrations.
• Troubleshoot quality management recordings, media, and platform health.
• Maintain ticketing hygiene, track SLAs, and manage escalations.
• Maintain knowledge resources and communicate incidents.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a client-facing technical role for a product business.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to explain complex issues in plain English.
• College degree.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting government or education customers.
• Willingness to mentor and train junior team members.

• Pay range: $45,073–$79,497 OTE.
