What you'll do

• Provide expert-level technical support for analytical instrument systems.
• Use remote diagnostic technologies to troubleshoot and optimize capabilities.
• Collaborate with field teams, R&D, factory, and customers.
• Resolve complex technical issues through problem-solving and diagnostics.
• Support customer service and professional relationship management.
• Manage project work and technical documentation.

What you'll need

• Advanced degree with 3 years of experience in technical support for complex analytical instrumentation systems.
• Or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in the same technical support context.
• Studied electronics, engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related technical/scientific field.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with scientific equipment and software.
• Proven troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Advanced proficiency in relevant technologies including hardware and software.
• English proficiency of at least B2 level.
• Ability to travel 15–30% of the time for customer support and training.
