Technology Platform Engineer

Overview

Technology Platform Engineer responsible for building and managing Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service environments and enabling embedded Oracle AI capabilities in business workflows.

What you'll do

• Create production and non-production cloud environments using appropriate platform tools.
• Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration.
• Operationalize Oracle AI capabilities through configuration, security, role controls, and adoption activities.
• Run use-case discovery workshops and define value KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Implement AI governance, access controls, auditability, approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
• Extend Oracle workflows using supported extensions and APIs.
• Deliver pilot, deployment, training, and hypercare rollout playbooks.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
• Experience configuring Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement.
• Knowledge of APIs, events, and OIC integration basics.
• Testing experience and familiarity with telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline.
