TechOps Engineer

Overview

TechOps Engineer responsible for designing and evolving cloud architecture and supporting production deployments. The role includes infrastructure automation, security collaboration, optimization, and on-call support.

What you'll do

• Contribute to defining, developing, and evolving cloud architecture across design, deployment, security, and operations.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code automation using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to design and implement secure cloud architectures for compliance needs.
• Define and apply cloud optimization best practices to improve reliability, scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Lead impact assessments for technology choices, architectural design, and implementation strategy.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems with development and operations teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud-based production environments.
• Working knowledge of building or applying AI agents to improve DevOps, CloudOps, automation, or operational efficiency.
• Strong experience designing, building, and operating systems in AWS cloud environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing cloud automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• 2+ years of production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ECS.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, networking fundamentals, and cloud connectivity.
