Tele Sales and Sales resources & Interns(Fresher)

About the role

We're looking for energetic and motivated Tele-Callers (Females) and Sales executives to join our team in Sector 2, Noida. You'll be the voice of our organization, reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and supporting our sales pipeline with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
• Qualify leads and gather customer information accurately
• Present products/services clearly and handle initial customer objections
• Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in CRM systems
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team sales goals

What we're looking for

• BBA or MBA fresher, or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback
• Comfortable working on-site in Sector 2, Noida

Nice to have

• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools
• Multilingual abilities
