Telesales Executive

About the role

We're looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to join our team in Jayanagar. You'll be the voice of our organization, reaching out to prospects and converting them into clients through compelling conversations about financial products and stock market opportunities.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present stock market investment opportunities with confidence and clarity
• Build rapport with callers and guide them through our product offerings using strong communication skills
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow up on leads systematically to close sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics
• Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge to answer client questions accurately

What we're looking for

• Fresher or experienced professional with a passion for sales and financial markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence
• Basic to intermediate understanding of stock market fundamentals and investment concepts
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience

Nice to have

• Prior telesales or BPO experience
• Certification or coursework in financial markets or stock trading
• Experience with CRM tools or sales dialing software
