Overview

Thermal and Peak Current Limits Performance Engineer focused on ensuring thermal performance and peak current limits of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize systems for performance and reliability.

What you'll do

• Conduct thermal analysis and design for components and systems.
• Analyze and optimize peak current limits for safe and efficient electrical operation.
• Use simulation and modeling tools to predict thermal behavior and peak current limits.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate thermal performance and peak current limits.
• Troubleshoot thermal and electrical performance issues in existing products and during development.
• Collaborate with architecture, chipset/platform, product test teams, and design teams to integrate solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in power, thermal, and limits management analysis, design, and optimization.
• Understanding of general Power HW/SW and Limits Management HW/SW architecture and framework (must requirement).
• Experience with thermal simulation software such as ANSYS and COMSOL, plus CAD tools and data analysis (added advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
