TIKI-International Finance-Senior Associate

Overview

Finance Senior Associate supporting managed service delivery for outsourced finance processes at PwC Acceleration Center India, covering client interaction, data review and processing, quality control, and escalation resolution.

What you'll do

• Execute outsourced finance processes across client workstreams, including transaction review, data enrichment, and processing activities
• Review financial records, validate supporting documentation, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Apply quality control procedures to monitor output accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service requirements
• Handle client queries and escalations by researching issues, documenting outcomes, and coordinating follow-up actions
• Perform data entry, reconciliation tasks, and process documentation to support recurring service delivery
• Interpret data trends and use analysis to identify process gaps, control issues, and improvement opportunities
• Support compliance review activities and review financial documents against established guidance and workflow criteria
• Contribute to process optimization efforts by identifying ways to streamline tasks and reduce manual rework
• Use digital tools, AI-enabled resources, and workflow systems to improve productivity and reporting visibility
• Guide junior team members on task execution, work prioritization, and accurate completion of assigned deliverables

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
