TPM + RGM Data Scientist-Senior Associate-Bangalore

Overview

Lead data science, revenue growth management (RGM), and trade promotions management (TPM) analytics engagements for commercial clients. The role combines quantitative modeling, analytics platform governance, client advisory, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Design and operationalize models for promotional ROI, demand sensing, fund effectiveness, forecasting, elasticity, and segmentation.
• Establish analytical standards, governance controls, documentation, and model monitoring practices.
• Present findings and model assumptions to senior client stakeholders and translate outputs into commercial recommendations.
• Shape RGM analytical roadmaps and advise on analytics-enabled operating models.
• Oversee pipelines integrating SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise data sources.
• Lead and mentor analytics teams, including planning, estimations, technical reviews, and escalations.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, recruitment, onboarding, and capability building.

What you'll need

• 9–11 years of relevant experience, including 4–5 years in RGM/TPM analytics or data science leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Python and/or R skills for model development and productionization.
• Advanced SQL and experience with analytical pipelines and enterprise data sources.
• Experience with TPM/RGM platforms such as Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, SAP TPM, Anaplan, or o9.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, Git, CI/CD, and structured environment promotion.
• Advanced Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization skills.

Nice to have

• Prior management consulting experience.
• Exposure to multinational CPG clients.

• Travel to client locations may be required based on project requirements.
