Overview
Provides one-to-one customer service for UPS Preferred accounts, resolving tracing and claim inquiries and owning customer situations through resolution.

- Analyze and resolve customer problems.
- Solve tracing and claim inquiries.
- Maintain ownership of customer situations through resolution, including follow-ups and outbound calls.
