Assess and educate new and current employees, opticians and customers across the assigned region through seminars, classroom sessions and training programs with measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Assess and educate new and current employees on ZEISS products.
• Assess and educate opticians and customers across the assigned region.
• Organize and conduct seminars, classroom training sessions and programs for customers with measurable outcomes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Optometry.
• 1-6 years of relevant experience in product training in optical dispensing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough command of Kannada, English and Hindi.

• Willingness to travel extensively is required.
