Transaction Management Analyst, FX Money Market Operations

Overview

Process investment banking transactions for FX Money Market Operations, including confirmations, settlements, reconciliations and investigations, working with counterparties, traders, sales and global operations teams.

What you'll do

• Process transactions for products such as over-the-counter derivatives, FX and securities.
• Ensure a prompt response to communications, keeping the impact of time-zones in mind.
• Meet targets by processing day-to-day trades in line with set guidelines and procedures.
• Escalate any issues where there are deviations from existing procedures.
• Help reduce risk to the bank and maintain a control-focused environment.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in FX Money Market.
• Strong experience with the Pre and Post Trade lifecycle and Risk and Controls awareness.
• Previous experience in and an understanding of the industry.
• A good academic background, with graduate level qualifications or an MBA.
• Highly organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence liaising with stakeholders over the phone or by email, and good interpersonal skills.
