What you'll do

• Create and deliver high-quality project outcomes that align with client objectives, incorporating life science consulting principles.
• Lead project plans or workstreams, proactively resolving issues, mitigating risks, and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Systematically gather, analyze, and interpret scientific and business information to make confident, data-driven recommendations with urgency.
• Contribute to Vynamic's growth by sharing life science consulting insights and contributing to the firm's knowledge base and brand.
• Act as a Vynamic brand ambassador, demonstrating commitment to company values internally and externally.
• Build authentic, trust-based relationships with stakeholders through partnership, effective communication, and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.
• Support team growth by identifying learning opportunities, mentoring colleagues, and integrating life science consulting practices into daily operations.
• Work closely with Navigators, Go-Tos, Account Managers, and self-selected Counselors to support personal and professional development within Vynamic.
• Proactively seek feedback, develop actionable personal growth plans, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Recognize and celebrate diverse perspectives, experiences, and cultures, ensuring all voices are heard and valued in decision-making.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in life science consulting.
• Proven track record of managing collaborative teams or projects within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of relationship management principles, with a focus on fostering genuine connections within the life sciences ecosystem.
• Experience applying project management methodologies to oversee workstreams and complex initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to diverse audiences, including scientific and executive stakeholders.
• Growth-oriented mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and personal development.

• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD).
