Transformation Success Engineer focused on ensuring enterprise customers complete flawless migrations and security operations transformations to modern platforms.
What you'll do
- Execute technical migrations of customer environments from legacy to modern platforms.
- Own policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setups, and log ingestion validations.
- Run practitioner-focused Day in the Life (DITL) workshops to drive platform adoption.
- Educate customer teams on native platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, and automated playbooks.
- Lead structured Value Realization sessions to secure formal project sign-off.
- Demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency using native dashboards.
What you'll need
- Professional-level technical acumen relevant to security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks portfolio (Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata) or direct competitive migration experience.
- Strong security automation background, including CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs.
- Ability to run technical workshops and maintain strong customer-facing communication.
- Experience creating reusable playbook concepts and authoring technical documentation with an AI/automation focus.
