Overview
Treasury Analyst role based in India, focusing on efficient, controlled, and scalable treasury operations across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Africa.
What you'll do
- Oversee the end-to-end treasury operational lifecycle, including settlement processes and remittance execution with local partners.
- Manage FX documentation submission and support cross-border payment flows with banking partners.
- Act as the primary operational liaison with local banks and partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of settlements and financial transactions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues to ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Support the launch and operationalization of new markets across Southeast Asia and South Asia.
- Provide operational support for treasury activities in Singapore and backup support for African treasury operations.
What you'll need
- Solid experience in Treasury, Payments, or Financial Operations.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, remittance flows, and emerging market dynamics.
- Experience with liquidity and cash management in multi-currency environments.
- Knowledge of FX operations, currency exposure, and conversion mechanisms.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills; TMS, ERP systems, or SQL experience is a plus.
- Understanding of financial regulations, including KYC/AML and central bank requirements.
