Overview
University Recruiter to own campus talent hiring execution and/or strategy for early-career hiring lifecycle at Graviton Research Capital.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships with priority institutions and university communities.
- Coordinate or design selection frameworks for assessments with Tech and Quant teams.
- Run the operational lifecycle of internship programs, including onboarding, engagement tracking, and milestones.
- Own internship-to-PPO/FTE transition communications, timelines, and senior-level program design.
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates with transparent timelines.
- Maintain hiring metrics, trackers, and dashboards for funnel conversions and joining rates.
What you'll need
- 6–12 years of experience in campus recruitment, university relations, early-career programs, or program management.
- Proven experience managing or architecting end-to-end campus hiring campaigns across multiple universities.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Proficiency with recruitment data, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with candidates and university teams.
- Ability to operate independently and take complete ownership of outcomes.
