Vantage/wmA Developer

Overview

Hands-on Vantage/wmA developer role focused on platform development, enhancements, integrations, support, and solution design in an insurance context.

What you'll do

• Deliver enhancements, integrations, and development initiatives on Vantage/wmA.
• Analyze business requirements and provide solution design recommendations.
• Support business operations by resolving complex queries.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and production issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement effective solutions.
• Work on modernization, conversion, migration, or transformation involving Vantage/wmA platforms.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on experience in Vantage/wmA, PPlus & DSS.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of Vantage/wmA platform architecture and configurations.
• Experience with insurance domain processes and alignment to Vantage/wmA capabilities.
• Mainframe hands-on experience (essential).
• Experience in effort estimation, solution sizing, and proposal support.
• Ability to mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and conduct reviews.
