Overview
Vice President, AI Engineering & Delivery is a hands-on AI leadership role responsible for enterprise-scale AI delivery for Investor Operations.
What you'll do
- Own and manage the end-to-end deliverables for the Investor Operations AI book of work.
- Drive prioritization, execution, and measurable value delivery.
- Identify overlapping use cases and enforce consolidation and reuse.
- Track delivery progress, outcomes, and adoption.
- Provide direction and challenge on AI solution design, model selection, and implementation approaches.
- Lead AI model risk management submissions and engagement at the Investor Operations level.
- Embed controls across the model lifecycle from development to monitoring.
What you'll need
- Strong practical understanding of machine learning (classification, regression, clustering).
- Strong practical understanding of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of AI solution deployment including data pipelines, feature engineering, and model training.
- Experience with model evaluation (accuracy, precision/recall, drift).
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, vector databases).
- A Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
