Wealth Solutions Advisor

Overview

Provide financial solutions to individual consumers by helping them pursue financial goals and consolidate outside assets with Empower. The role focuses on customer conversations, account consolidation, and sales performance rather than managing a book of business.

What you'll do

• Address customer needs and recommend relevant Empower products and services.
• Identify outside asset opportunities during scheduled appointments.
• Close asset-consolidation opportunities and coordinate account onboarding.
• Present goal-based solutions for education, retirement, and other savings goals.
• Use planning tools and Salesforce CRM to document conversations and manage follow-ups.
• Partner with relationship management and advisory teams on customer handoffs.
• Meet bi-monthly sales and conversation targets.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of financial industry experience.
• Demonstrated sales success.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 registrations.
• Strong listening, verbal, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail investment vehicles.
• Understanding of qualified retirement plans.
• FINRA fingerprinting.

Nice to have

• Experience helping mass-affluent customers with intermediate- and long-term savings goals.
• Experience with retirement plans.
• Ability to quickly learn financial tools and computer systems.

Details

• Fully remote position.
• Base salary: $70,000–$92,500 per year.
• Sales incentives are available.
• A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to candidates who are already fully licensed and apply by September 30.
