Clinical Sales Specialist, Long Island (ImmunoDiagnostics)

Overview

Drive adoption of immunodiagnostic testing across Long Island by developing customer relationships, executing territory strategy, and delivering consultative sales support to healthcare professionals.

What you'll do

• Communicate the clinical and economic value of diagnostic testing to physicians and healthcare markets.
• Execute territory strategies to achieve sales goals and expand market share.
• Educate medical office staff on test ordering procedures and results interpretation.
• Customize scalable solutions for account needs.
• Partner with laboratory teams to identify targets and secure product presentation meetings.
• Manage account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and territory performance tracking.
• Support health system implementations and strategic initiatives with business development teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, biology, marketing, business, or a related scientific field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in laboratory, scientific, healthcare, medical, or B2B technical sales is preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Technical understanding of customer applications and workflows.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.

Details

• Location: Long Island, New York, United States.
• Field sales position with remote work listed in the ATS location.
• Monday–Friday standard schedule.
• Travel: 50–75% within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
