Workday Integration Developer

Overview

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will support the development and maintenance of Workday solutions as part of the Workday technical team.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and vendors, to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, and recommend and implement improvements.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of Workday experience in HCM or Finance modules.
• 3+ years of strong Workday development experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio and XSLT.
• Good knowledge of Workday business processes.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
