Workday Extend and Integrations Developer

Overview

Workday Extend and Integrations Developer (Sr. Analyst, People Systems - Workday) responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Workday Extend solutions and integration frameworks.

What you'll do

• Lead technical innovation and continuous improvement within the People Systems team.
• Design, develop, deploy, and enhance Workday Extend applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize Workday integrations across HR, Finance, and third-party systems.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture and delivery across Extend, integrations, configuration, and reporting.
• Develop advanced reports and data models using Workday Core, Extend, and Prism.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure data consistency.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of HR systems experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday Extend and integrations.
• Experience with Workday Prism, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable integration architectures.
• Understanding of Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Good communication skills to translate between technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Workday Certification.
• Experience within the financial or wealth management industry.
