Overview
Workday Integrations Specialist to design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and extend applications within the People Tech team.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and objectives.
- Design and implement Workday integrations connecting Workday with internal and external systems.
- Ensure integration data accuracy, efficiency, and security through testing and error management.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations as a technical contact for business teams.
- Develop custom Workday Extend applications and recommend Workday platform improvements.
- Lead integration project execution including configurations, testing, training, and deployment.
- Work with HR on security, compliance, and audit alignment (SOC and SOX).
What you'll need
- 3-4 years of experience in Workday integration development and support.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday Extend.
- Knowledge of Workday technologies including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT Reporting, PECI, Cloud Connectors, and Document Transformation.
- Proficiency in data transformation languages including XSLT and XTT/ETV.
- Capability in designing complex reports and dashboards.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration.
