Workday Integrations Specialist

Overview

Workday Integrations Specialist to design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and extend applications within the People Tech team.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and objectives.
• Design and implement Workday integrations connecting Workday with internal and external systems.
• Ensure integration data accuracy, efficiency, and security through testing and error management.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations as a technical contact for business teams.
• Develop custom Workday Extend applications and recommend Workday platform improvements.
• Lead integration project execution including configurations, testing, training, and deployment.
• Work with HR on security, compliance, and audit alignment (SOC and SOX).

What you'll need

• 3-4 years of experience in Workday integration development and support.
• At least 1 year of experience with Workday Extend.
• Knowledge of Workday technologies including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT Reporting, PECI, Cloud Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Proficiency in data transformation languages including XSLT and XTT/ETV.
• Capability in designing complex reports and dashboards.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration.
