Workday Integration/Studio Consultant

Overview

Design, build and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors and XSLT in a diverse, multi-national, multi-vendor setup.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors and XSLT.
• Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Assist team leads/project managers with system analysis and timely delivery of program requirements.
• Design and configure business objects, calc fields, security and migration processes.
• Troubleshoot, monitor and schedule integrations using ISU, ISSG and Workday tools.
• Document technical specifications and prepare test cases for AS-IS and To-Be process analysis.
• Perform coding, testing, debugging and implementation with high attention to detail.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of Workday integration development experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects (PBO, RBO) and calc fields.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reports, security and navigation.
• Expertise in EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit and Workday Studio.
• Proficiency in XSLT and integration troubleshooting.
• Excellent reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prepare clear documentation and articulate technical solutions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good to have Workday Extend and Orchestration experience.
