FME Developer - Associate

Overview

As an FME Developer - Associate, you’ll support client engagements in Technology Consulting, focusing on Field Service & Operations Modernisation and Maximo consulting.

What you'll do

• Support client work within the Technology Consulting practice.
• Leverage business application consulting skills in Maximo Consulting.
• Participate in project tasks and develop skills to deliver quality work.
• Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
• Support senior staff and engage in research.
• Contribute to data creation and migration to the ArcGIS data model.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience with FME software.
• Experience with FME Form (Workbench) and FME Flow (Server).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with Esri ArcGIS software (Enterprise, Desktop, Server, ArcGIS Pro).
• Knowledge of FME PythonCaller.
• Skills using Python and SQL to transform/integrate complex data.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle for versioned enterprise geodatabase.
• Proficiency in database design.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years’ experience working with GIS in the utility industry (electric, gas, water, wastewater and/or telecom).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in ArcGIS software and Esri’s Utility Network.
• Experience on the Esri platform with EAM platforms (Maximo and SAP) and mobile redlining tools (Schneider ArcFM Mobile, SBS AUD).
• Programming skills in ArcGIS Javascript/REST APIs and Python.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Proficient knowledge of Geodatabase management.
• Experience developing/testing GIS data for quality.
• Capacity to develop performance metrics.
