Sr. Developer - Application Development N 4B

Overview

Associate Workday Integration & Extend Developer role supporting the design, development, testing and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications, working alongside experienced architects and developers.

What you'll do

• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Workday integrations.
• Learn and work with Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Web Services and APIs, Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.
• Develop and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
• Write and maintain code, scripts, and automation solutions using JavaScript, Python, and JSON.
• Assist in building custom applications and user experiences using Workday Extend.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Explore new technologies, tools, and approaches to continuously improve solutions and processes.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and knowledge-sharing activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in Workday in Integration Consultant capacity.
• Basic programming knowledge in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, JSON/XML.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, or system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Interest in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and automation.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Workday or other ERP/HCM platforms.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience from internships, academic projects, hackathons, or personal projects involving application development or integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud technologies, or Agile methodologies.
• Interest in low-code/no-code development and business process automation.
• Workday Integration Certification (if already obtained).
• Workday Extend Certification (good to have).
• Workday Orchestrate Certification (good to have).
