Workday Technical- Associate 2

Overview

Join PwC's Acceleration Center India as a Workday Technical Associate 2, supporting the implementation and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management solutions for clients within the Advisory practice.

What you'll do

• Support Workday Human Capital Management implementation and configuration tasks across client engagements
• Assist in Workday integration, reporting, and analytics activities to support workforce planning and talent management
• Collaborate on Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Workday Prism Analytics tasks under direction from senior staff
• Participate in testing, data validation, and issue tracking during system setup and release cycles
• Research functional and technical requirements to help translate business needs into Workday solutions
• Document process updates, configuration details, and technical findings for project teams
• Contribute to process improvement efforts that streamline HR operations and employee experience
• Use digital tooling and AI-enabled resources to support analysis, automation, and delivery activities

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1+ years of experience of Workday product experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
• Completing Workday Integrations or Studio coursework, projects, or labs
• Supporting Workday HCM configuration, reporting, or analytics tasks
• Demonstrating curiosity while learning new Workday tools and methods
• Applying process improvement thinking to client delivery tasks
• Communicating clearly across teams and adapting to feedback
