Overview
Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant to support real estate clients with Yardi Voyager functional modules and client-facing consulting.
What you'll do
- Provide functional expertise in listed Yardi Voyager 7s modules (e.g., Leasing, Procure to Pay, Finance, billing and revenue, Facilities/Collection/Deal Manager, Fixed Assets, Unit Sales).
- Lead and participate in implementation projects (requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support).
- Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.
- Document client processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.
- Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests.
- Deliver training, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager.
- Hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager core functional modules.
- Experience in Yardi Elevate modules is stated as an advantage.
- Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.
- Mandatory proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel within the Middle East region.
