What does unlocking a candidate include?
You can review a candidate’s full profile — skills, experience and education — for free. A single unlock then opens the connect layer: verified contact details, their original resume, direct chat, and the full AI candidate analysis. No add-ons or partial reveals.
Does a stronger match cost more to unlock?
No — every unlock is a flat 100 credits, whatever the match. AI ranks your applicants best-fit-first so you know who to open, but the price is the same for everyone. No tiers, no surprises.
If a candidate applies to another of my jobs, do I pay again?
