Overview

PayPay India is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel to support and guide corporate business operations with a focus on compliant, secure, and efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., vendor, partnership, NDA, service agreements).
• Ensure contracts, policies, and business activities are legally compliant.
• Proactively review and advise to reduce legal and regulatory risks.
• Support incident response documentation and regulatory communication.
• Build structured compliance processes and conduct internal compliance reviews.
• Protect the company’s interests in commercial negotiations.

What you'll need

• LL.B. (mandatory).
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience handling contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
