#126909 - Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – Python/Django & AI Integrations

Overview

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to maintain and modernize internal business applications for candidate and employee lifecycle processes, with a focus on Python/Django and AI-powered integrations.

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve production applications for candidate and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Develop and enhance back-end services using Python and Django.
• Build and maintain front-end functionality using TypeScript and React.
• Strengthen integrations with enterprise platforms via REST APIs.
• Integrate applications with LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or other generative AI capabilities.
• Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization patterns, including OAuth 2.0.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience integrating applications with LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or generative AI capabilities.
• Experience building or integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth 2.0, token management, scopes, least-privilege access).

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday and/or iCIMS.
• Experience integrating with Workday and/or iCIMS through APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting Model Context Protocol (MCP) services or related MCP components.

Details

• Location: Bogotá, Bogota, Colombia.
• Remote contract engagement with CST time-zone coverage.
• Full-time allocation of approximately 40 hours per week.
• Engagement end date: March 31, 2027.
