2027 Finance Analyst Program – Early Careers​

Overview

Wells Fargo's 2027 Finance Analyst Program is an early careers program within the Finance organization, which drives the company's financial management activities including accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, line of business finance support, treasury and tax management.

What you'll do

• Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization.
• Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events.
• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within the functional area.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact.
• Receive direction from your supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable.
