360 Marketing Manager

Overview

360 Marketing Manager for Travel Retail in APAC, leading regional integrated digital marketing strategy across traveler touchpoints and partner teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a 360 digital marketing strategy targeting travelers across travel stages.
• Coordinate between in-market digital teams, regional brand teams, and NY TR teams for rollout of local or retailer-led initiatives.
• Plan high-impact digital media strategy to drive reach, awareness, and conversion for campaign launches.
• Collaborate with APAC media and digital platform partners to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design always-on engagement programs in skincare/make-up and fragrance, including OTA partnership opportunities.
• Plan and execute database marketing and CRM opportunities in the TR channel with retailer and 3rd-party partners.
• Support APAC Pretail eCommerce site launches/promotions, and roll out Pretail eCommerce sites for ELC brands and markets.

What you'll need

• 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce in APAC.
• Experience developing and executing digital media campaigns (display, mobile, ecommerce/demand generation/sampling).
• Experience with digital platforms including global (Facebook, Google, IG) and regional (Alipay, Tencent, Ctrip).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Marketing, New Media, or relevant field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
