Group Head - Paid Media

Overview

Group Head - Paid Media to lead paid media strategy, manage media P&L and budgets, and drive performance across multiple paid channels.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
• Own media business unit targets, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Optimize ROI using data-led campaigns for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Oversee, allocate, and optimize large-scale media budgets for cost efficiency and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative, servicing, and analytics teams to ensure campaign delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CPL, and CTR and apply insights to improve efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill team leaders and performance managers.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with both Google and Meta platforms.
• Team management experience managing multiple teams.
• Experience managing large advertising spends across multiple accounts.
• Strong project management with end-to-end thinking.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
