Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media

Overview

Execute and optimize paid acquisition and remarketing campaigns across QuillBot’s global markets. Own campaign performance and use testing, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

What you'll do

• Execute and optimize mobile app, remarketing, and acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
• Set up campaigns, perform quality assurance, manage bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, and tracking.
• Analyze performance across products, markets, audiences, and channels.
• Manage spend within approved budgets and recommend budget reallocations.
• Design and run tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign formats.
• Optimize remarketing through audience segmentation, creative sequencing, and frequency management.
• Partner with Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering on ads, landing pages, tracking, and measurement.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience optimizing multi-channel campaigns and managing pacing against acquisition and revenue goals.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Understanding of attribution and incrementality concepts.
• Experience executing campaigns across international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union.
• Experience with GA4 and reporting or visualization tools such as Looker.
• Ability to communicate performance findings through dashboards, written updates, and presentations.

• Experience in a B2C subscription or consumer technology business.
• Experience applying incrementality tests or marketing mix models to campaign decisions.
• Interest in AI-powered products, writing tools, or education technology.
