Manager, Paid Media

Overview

Manager, Paid Media to lead paid marketing initiatives and optimize media performance for scalable growth and full-funnel strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead paid media budget planning and allocation across products, geos, languages, and channels.
• Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Search, DV360, PMax, Meta, UAC, ASA).
• Own audience strategy across the funnel, including segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
• Define the measurement framework (attribution infrastructure, incrementality testing, Marketing Mix Modeling).
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams on performance improvements.
• Manage agency/platform/vendor relationships, including negotiations, renewals, and performance accountability.
• Deliver performance reporting with recommendations tied to business outcomes and key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPI).

What you'll need

• 7–12 years of experience in Paid Media, Growth Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Knowledge of full-funnel campaigns and global media strategies.
• Proven track record managing large-scale paid campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills in attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality, and full-funnel metrics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with strong negotiation and peer influence.
• Comfort with data platforms/dashboards and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker.
• Experience with affiliate marketing; background in DTC and B2C.
