Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

Twilio is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive demand creation and pipeline acceleration for its CPaaS portfolio.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the campaign team to orchestrate digital journeys for global and regional campaigns into target markets.
• Partner with field marketing to understand sub-regional needs and provide digital strategy and tactical support.
• Design and activate account-based marketing campaigns supporting customer lifecycle and retention.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Drive digital channel optimization strategies to maintain efficiencies, scalability, and best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B or Technology across Asia Pacific.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and tools including SEM, SEO, paid media, social, email, programmatic.
• Hands-on analytics and CRM/marketing automation platform experience (e.g., GA-4, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication and copy-editing skills.
• Ability to adapt strategies to diverse regional markets and audiences.

Details

• Reports to the Digital Marketing Director of APJ.
• Remote role based in India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra or Delhi).
• Occasional travel may be required for in-person team/project meetings.
